#1. Gardening 💚|| I am in full spring mode and ready to make my most epic garden ever. Bring on alllll the veggies. This week we (I mean my husband) built a greenhouse to get our seedlings started and made plans for extra above ground planters. We plan on tomatoes, jalapeños, peppers, herbs, carrots, beets, potatoes, strawberries, squash, and more. Can’t wait for the bountiful harvest! I’ve linked everything needed to get started, including Archer’s fave gardening gloves and tools so he can help too!
#2. Mastered a homemade Caesar Rimmer recipe 🍅 || husband and I love Caesars. For my American friends, no it’s not the same as a Bloody Mary.. it’s way better! Bonus points because it counts as a veggie serving… Right? This Caesar recipe is pretty close to how my hubby makes it (he’s awesome at this particular cocktail!). We threw out the Mott’s brand Rimmer as it as MSG, ICK! Simply 2 tbsp Montreal steak spice, 1 tsp smoky chipotle, 1 tsp medium grind sea salt, and a dash of cayenne is optional!
#3. These EASY PB cookies with a twist 🍪|| this recipe for Rocky Road PB cookies is on repeat in this house! Warmed or fresh out the freezer, these are a treat!
#4. My Doc’s 👢|| I finally pulled the trigger on these platform boots I’ve been eyeballing foreverrrrrr. What better time than quarantine to break them in?! I’ve finally broken them and they are so comfy AND versatile in every season and with so many outfits. Ontario is getting more snow this week and I packed away my winter boots. So glad I have these! Doc Martens style session coming soon!
#5. Trying different coffees☕ || I am sure many of you have seen and maybe attempted the Dalgona coffee (whipped coffee) trend. It’s decadent, easy, and delicious! See my tiktok video for a how to. Come back next week to see me attempt Vietnamese EGG Coffee… Yup.. coffee with an egg!
