large eggs
(or vegan egg alternative)

milk
(or non-dairy milk)
1/4

melted butter
(or coconut oil/vegan butter alternative)

baking soda

Torill's Table Original Waffle & Pancake Mix
(or pancake mix alternative)

cup
diced fresh strawberries
1/3
cup
strawberry jam
Instructions
Preheat the waffle maker. If making pancakes instead, preheat the griddle.
Whip the eggs in a large bowl. Add milk, mix, and baking soda, stir well.
Add the cooled melted butter/coconut oil to strawberries and jam. Whisk into waffle mixture. Be sure not to overmix.
Let sit for a few minutes.
Spoon into waffle maker or heated panand cook until done, about 5 minutes.
ENJOY topped with whipped cream, fruit, and syrup.. or for a more savoury combo try topping with Brunost cheese or sour cream/plain yogurt!
