I think the kitchen is my fave room in the house. I love baking and cooking, experimenting with recipes and flavours. NESPRESSO MACHINE + AEROCCINO
Every day I have my Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte, sometimes twice a day on those real hard days, with that coveted topping of cold foam. I whip mine up at home for a fraction of the Starbucks premium prices, and it is as good if not BETTER. The taste of saving $ gives it a leg up over the classic coffee house, LOL. I linked my machine, the frother, the offbrand pods I use (so much cheaper than the Nespresso brand!), my fave syrups and sauces, tumblers, straws, and more. Check it out here!
I also shared on my Instagram a quick clip on how I make it — its SO EASY. Sometimes I switch it up and make it a Caramel Macchiato, Mocha, Peppermint Mocha, PSL, hot or iced… the options are literally endless.
INSTANT POT
My husband calls it the Magic Oven. I keep correcting him, but now I think he really believes it is magicL. LOL. I am sure you might have heard of this classic kitchen must have, and maybe you already have it and are fan-girling over it like the rest of us. Maybe it is sitting in your cupboard, sad and unused. Maybe you have no idea what I am on about. No fear, I plan on sharing plenty of my fave recipes in an upcoming blog post! Subscribe to my blog and you won’t miss a post! From homemade greek yogurt (stupid easy to make), stew, chili, potatoes, salmon, ribs, meatballs, pulled pork, roast, rice, cake, boiled egg, egg bites, I could go on forever.
On IG I shared my super simple and FAST eggbite recipe that gives you soft, yummy “sous vide” egg bites that rival Starbucks. I love them on their own, or mashed on a breakfast burrito with sauce. TIP: You can assemble these breaky burritos and FREEZE them individually wrapped in bulk, thaw in the fridge, nuke in the microwave. Voila, no more skipping breakfast! MINI WAFFLE MAKER
I received this as a gift for my birthday and I love it. Firstly, it is SMALL. I can easily store it. Its SUPER easy to clean. I chucked my old waffle maker out and have not looked back. We use this a couple times a week to make mini waffles for breakfast, the perfect meal for my picky toddler and even pickier baby. They love it! I have made regular waffles, gluten free/dairy free, blueberry, chocolate chip, and cheesy bacon. It is awesome. I haven’t ventured into making anything else, but there are so many recipes out there for this little appliance. Plus the tiffany blue colour is SO CUTE. You can make a huge batch and freeze them, pop in the toaster for a quick breakfast! (Can you see a breakfast loving theme here? HAHA)

Cast Iron Skillet
gets better with age. From stir fries, skillet cookie, biscuits, and huevos rancheros… I use this multiple times a day!
Electric Nonstick Griddle
I threw out my nonstick pans and use this! Love it for pancakes, quesadillas, fried egg, and crepes! It heats up FAST, and is easy to clean and store!
Silicone Baking Mat
kiss parchment paper goodbye! Okay, almost. But its reusable and SO MUCH LESS WASTEFUL! I use this every day. Chicken fingers, cookies, bacon, potatoes, roasting veggies, and beyond. I also use them to protect the table when the toddler is using playdo or slime! GENIUS!
