Immunity Boosting Popsicles

These golden immunity boosting popsicles are packed with mango, turmeric, coconut water, and honey -- making a delicious and healing sweet treat! A soothing home remedy for when you start to feel sick or have a cold!

Servings 6 popsicles

Equipment

  • popsicle moulds
  • blender (optional)
  • freezer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large mangoes
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice mangoes, discard pit and peels.
  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until well combined. Alternatively use hands or a masher to mix ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Pour into popsicle moulds, use a funnel if you need it!
  • Freeze for 3 hours minimum.
  • Remove popsicles from moulds, run under cool water if they are stuck. Enjoy!

Notes

The cayenne is optional but is has been said that it helps with absorption of other critical nutrients!
Mangoes are sweet as they are and you may skip the honey but I found it helpful in balancing the turmeric taste PLUS the benefits of honey for a sore throat or cough.
