Method
- Peel and slice mangoes, discard pit and peels.
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until well combined. Alternatively use hands or a masher to mix ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour into popsicle moulds, use a funnel if you need it!
- Freeze for 3 hours minimum.
- Remove popsicles from moulds, run under cool water if they are stuck. Enjoy!
Notes
The cayenne is optional but is has been said that it helps with absorption of other critical nutrients!
Mangoes are sweet as they are and you may skip the honey but I found it helpful in balancing the turmeric taste PLUS the benefits of honey for a sore throat or cough.
